Ficamos trancados fora de casa e ligamos para o Jim. Ele atendeu imediatamente. Temos uma daquelas fechaduras com teclado que parou de funcionar. Ele foi tão prestativo ao telefone e estava a caminho da nossa casa rapidamente, mas então a fechadura decidiu funcionar e conseguimos entrar. Ficamos terrivelmente mal por Jim já estar a caminho, mas ele foi tão gentil sobre isso e até nos ofereceu alguns conselhos sobre como evitar que a fechadura falhasse novamente e se ofereceu para vir e colocar uma nova para nós. Embora não tenhamos precisado do Jim, pudemos perceber que ele era um profissional, uma pessoa gentil. Vamos guardar o número dele para futuras necessidades e recomendá-lo aos nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigado, Jim!

I would not recommend it because they tell you how much it costs after they open the car door. $130 for a two minute job is a ripoff. When you call them they say that it costs $20 to see what needs to be done and then they will quote you a price, but what happens is that they hurry up and open the car and then tell you how much it costs afterward. Best of all they have 5 stars when they should have zero.

I called Charlie and only had a one day window and he was here 15 minutes after the call. He was professional, expedient, and far more reasonable in price than the other 4 that I called before calling Jim's Bonded Locksmiths. Fortunately I live in Tarpon Springs but I'll never call anyone else for these services. Thanks again, Charlie!!
